Shipping

Fall is the best time for planting bareroot peonies. Bareroot peonies will be shipped mid-September through the end of October. Orders for U.S. destinations will be shipped by United States Postal Service by Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. Shipments to POB will be shipped by UPS, or you may request UPS delivery. Typical delivery time is 2-5 days, depending on your location. You will receive notification when your peony roots have shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated when you checkout and will be based upon an estimation of the root weights. Roots do vary, so shipping costs will be based upon average weights.

Payment will be processed when your order is placed and this will reserve your roots for delivery. Peonies will be noted as "Out of Stock" when not available. A confirmation of your order indicates your peony will be available for fall shipping.

Alaska Orders: Please add on the USPS Alaska Specialty Ship for shipping.
An additional $15 shipping charge will be added to your order. If your order totals an additional shipping amount, you will be contacted by us for additional shipping charges prior to shipping.

International Orders: All international orders must be approved by Oh My Peonies before acceptance. Email us at [email protected] for assistance in approving your order. International orders will be charged an estimated shipping cost and handling fee, plus the cost of a phytosanitary permit. Payment can be made via wire transfer or Paypal for international orders. Please note that some countries do charge an import fee upon shipping. We advise you to know your country's policy.

Gift Certificates By Mail: Gift certificates requested by mail will be mailed by USPS First Class. Please contact us if you need an option for receipt of your gift certificate.

Order Cancellations: Cancelled orders will be charged up to $25 for processing costs.

If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
